Anathallo announce the release of their anxiously anticipated sophomore album Canopy Glow, out November 2008 on pioneering indie label Anticon. WHY? frontman and Anticon co-owner, Yoni Wolf, championed signing Anathallo upon hearing the music and under his guidance, Canopy Glow was mixed by Eli Crews (WHY?, Subtle) Tony Espinoza (New Order, Rogue Wave) and Neil Strauch (Chin Up Chin Up, Ezra Furman and the Harpoons) and mastered by Mike Wells (John Vanderslice, Son Lux). The result is a fully developed album with music that showcases the group’s energy and inspiration, as well as the evolution of their sound.
