09.07.04 // HEY EVERYONE
Well, for the past few days, Estrella has had some major work done to it.Among many things, Estrella has been revamped by a friend of the site, Kristen. Kristen is from California and you find out more about her at www.imaraptor.tk. We are all very thankful for what she has done to the site and I think it’s a wonderful job. Tell us what you think.

We recently have just had a member leave, Katie. I’m sure you all remember her, we all here wish her the best in whatever she tends to do in the future.

I’m also aware that I do not have staff pictures for anyone but Bryan. They will be coming very shortly. I also know that the Guestbook & Messageboard do not work, but they will be fixed soon enough.

Our new band of the month is, Number One Fan, you can find that in the Spotlight section. Just click on the picture in the bottom left hand corner of Estrella and it takes you to the page.

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m doing some catching up on the site and here are some things that have happened. Estrella now has a new interview with the band Hawthorne Heights, one of Victory Record’s latest signings, so go check that out.Another thing is Estrella has lost a staff member, Kaitlin, decided to start her own webzine which we all support – Little Victories. We wish her nothing but the best with her decisions and new webzine, I’m sure she’ll do just great. We have also gained another member to our staff, Sara. Sara has been on contributing staff for some time now, we decided that now was the best time to move her up to staff. Everyone say hi and wish her luck!

But I think that’s all the updates for now. We’ll keep you posted on when new things are added to the site. Enjoy!

Hey everyone
Long time, no update, eh? Well, here’s what’s up. I got all the cd releases for the next two weeks up, I changed the staff picks of songs, and I also added a new person to “Contributing Staff.” Her name’s Leandra and she’s from Florida, so awesome. Not to mention the newest cd reviews, show reviews, and interviews. The cd reviews consist of Copeland, Mae, and The Rocket Summer. The latest show reviews were of Silverstein, Something Coporate, and The Early November, so go ahead and check them out. And ALSO, new interviews from American Diary, Axis, Boys Night Out, One Last Hope, and Underscore are now up on the site! ENJOY!!

Hey kids!
I just wanted you to all know that there were a good plenty of shows attended this past weekend. Many cds were purchased also, so be on the look out for plenty of reviews. Also, another thing I just wanted to let you all know our friends in the band The Academy have just recently been signed to Fueled By Ramen. Also, our friends in Adelphi have just been signed to Drive Thru Records. I think it’s amazing how a local band from MD got signed to Drive Thru. Anyways, thanks for reading and check into those bands if you haven’t already!

Well, it’s been a long time since I updated last so I figured I should tell you about some new things since it’s been a while. For the past couple weeks we interviewed Fall Out Boy and Punchline. We also interviewed Diffuser and Silverstein, but those interviews have not been typed or edited yet, so be sure to keep on the lookout for them. Also, Estrella now has it’s own Livejournal Community. I have also added some contributing staff to the site, which consists of Kaitlin, Laurren, and Sara. They are a great amount of help to Estrella. Shortly, I will have more pictures and reviews up, but until then enjoy the new things. Thanks.
