Today EVERLEA’s self-titled Glassnote/RED Distribution debut hits digital distribution outlets in the U.S. in anticipation to the physical release on September 2nd.

The album, recorded with stalwart hardcore producer Brian McTernan (Recover, Senses Fail, Thrice), is an example of both Everlea and McTernan’s flexibility and dedication to making a great record. The thirteen tracks on Everlea’s self-titled disc are unlike anything McTernan has worked on, showing his versatility and desire to work with a band that would break him from his “hard rock producer” stereotype.

It’s truly hard to classify Everlea,” says Outburn Magazine“[But] What’s amazing is that the record never loses its accessibility, no matter what weird instruments or atmospheres it may drift into.”  With lyrics relatable to any teenager coming of age and Everlea’s blend of melodic rock, Outburn claimed “Everlea is the kind of band that can break into the mainstream, but also push it a bit – exactly what modern music needs.”

The Kingston, Ontario quartet, made up of Justin Dube on vocals/guitar, Casey Shea on guitar, Chris Benton on bass and Brendan Soares on drums, can be seen in the Backbeat section of the latest Billboard Magazine.
