Chiodos announce fall tour

Chiodos will head out on a full U.S. and Canada tour, alongside Atreyu, blessthefall, Architects (UK), and Endless Hallway, on the Congregation Of The Damned tour. Chiodos’ upcoming release, Illuminaudio, will be available on October 5th and will feature the band’s two newest members, vocalist Brandon Bolmer (formerly of Yesterday’s Rising) and drummer Tanner Wayne (formerly of Underminded and Scary Kids Scaring Kids).

Chiodos’ new song, “Those Who Slay Together, Stay Together” is currently streaming on their MySpace. Pre-order packages for Illuminaudio are now available at MerchNow.

Chiodos to release new album October 5th

Chiodos will release their third full-length album, Illuminaudio, on October 5th, 2010. The album will be the debut Chiodos recording for new lead vocalist Brandon Bolmer (formerly of Yesterday’s Rising) and drummer Tanner Wayne (formerly of Underminded and Scary Kids Scaring Kids). Alongside Bolmer and Wayne are established Chiodos members Bradley Bell (keys), Jason Hale (guitar), Pat McManaman (guitar), and Matt Goddard (bass).

Illuminaudio was written over the course of 15 months and was recorded just outside of New York City at The Machine Shop, with producer Machine [Lamb Of God, Every Time I Die, Cobra Starship].

ORBS signs to Equal Vision, new album August 17

Equal Vision Records is pleased to welcome ORBS to its roster. After three years of cross-country collaborations, the band has united to release their debut full-length album, Asleep Next to Science, which will be released on August 17th.

ORBS blends progressive and experimental sounds through the creative workings of Adam Fisher and Clayton “Goose” Holyoak (Fear Before), Dan Briggs (Between the Buried and Me), Ashley Ellyllon (Abigail Williams/Cradle of Filth) and Chuck Johnson (Torch Runner).

Life On Repeat premiere new song “Sinking”

Maryland’s Life On Repeat have posted a new track, titled “Sinking”, to their MySpace. The track was recorded with up-and-coming producer, Taylor Larson (Sky Eats Airplane) near their hometown.

Late last year, Life On Repeat released a 4-song EP, As I Grew, and let fans choose their own price to download via Bandcamp. As I Grew was recorded with Brian McTernan (Circa Survive, Senses Fail).

Closure In Moscow kick-off Australian headlining tour

Melbourne’s Closure In Moscow have announced an Australian headlining tour, kicking off May 27th in Sydney. With support from fellow Australians, Secrets In Scale, Closure In Moscow will tour the full country before wrapping up the tour in Brisbane on June 11th. Upon completion of the Australian tour, the band will head back to the US for the entire Vans Warped Tour before announcing further international touring.

Pierce The Veil to release “Selfish Machines” on June 22

Pierce The Veil will release their sophomore album, Selfish Machines, on June 22, shortly before kicking off Warped Tour on June 25. Recorded with producer Mike Green (Paramore, Set Your Goals) at his studio in Los Angeles, the 12-track set features catchy pop hooks paired with metal tinged guitars and aggressive vocals. It’s the follow up to 2007’s critically acclaimed A Flair For The Dramatic.
