Secondhand Serenade will barely catch a breath after wrapping his current headlining tour, as a co-headlining tour with Cute Is What We Aim For has just been announced, with A Rocket To The Moon and Automatic Loveletter supporting on all dates. MySpace Records will release the new wave styling of Japan’s Polysics on September 30 with the release of We Ate The Machine.

CHIODOS is preparing to release a limited edition version of the album titled BONE PALACE BALLET: GRAND CODA October 28 (Equal Vision). The group’s second album, BONE PALACE BALLET–originally released in September of 2007–debuted at #5 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart. The new version–which the group headed back into the studio with producer Casey Bates to complete–features four new songs as well as two acoustic versions of “I Didn’t Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was A Wizard” and “A Letter From Janelle,” that have never been released to the public. The loaded offering also includes a 30-minute DVD preview with live performances as well as behind-the-scenes footage of the band’s inner circle. CHIODOS will release their first-ever full length DVD offering in 2009 that Doug Spangenberg (Lamb of God “Killadelphia” & “Walk With Me In Hell,” Every Time I Die “Shit Happens”) is on board to direct.

Static Radio NJ – On Tour

 

Static Radio NJ kicks off a tour of the East Coast today in support of their debut full-length, An Evening Of Bad Decisions. The album was released earlier this week – September 9th – via Black Numbers.

To coincide with the release and tour, the band has posted two new songs on their myspace page for your streaming pleasure. Check it here. Additionally, the record continues to stream in its entirety at Punknews.org.

This current tour will take Static Radio NJ up and down the East Coast for the next month, playing shows with Polar Bear Club, O Pioneers!!! and Smoke or Fire among others. They’re currently booking additional East Coast dates in October, as well as a few Canadian and Midwest shows with The Ergs on their way to Riot Fest in Chicago and…what else? The Fest in Gainesville, FL, of course.

HURLEY ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS FALL TOUR

HURLEY ENTERTAINMENT is presenting a fall headlining U.S. tour with southern rockers Maylene and The Sons Of Disaster. The 43-city trek–with A Static Lullaby, Showbread, Confide, and Attack Attack! confirmed to support.

On September 18, prior to the tour kick off, Maylene & The Sons of Disaster will shoot a live video directed by the Hurley Entertainment production team at the Bottletree Café in Birmingham, AL. HELLOGOODBYE ANNOUNCE FALL TOUR

Platinum selling artist HELLOGOODBYE is hitting the road on a US tour this fall October 23 through November 28, 2008. Always ready to do their part, HELLOGOODBYE will travel to the 25 dates in a veggie oil/bio-diesel converted van. Longtime buddies of the band and tour sponsor peta2 will be present at each show with an info booth promoting their new “Meat’s Not Green” campaign.

A lot has happened to HELLOGOODBYE since the release of their 2006 album, Zombies! Aliens! Vampires! Dinosaurs! Original members Forrest Kline (lead singer and guitar) and Chris Profeta (drums) are joined by new members Travis Head (bass), Ryan Daly (guitar), and formerly of The Early November, Joe Marro (keyboards). The group is writing and recording in Forrest’s recording in-house studio and will be performing new material along with old fan faves on this tour.

FEAR BEFORE ANNOUNCE OCTOBER 28TH RELEASE DATE FOR SELF-TITLED FULL LENGTH

FEAR BEFORE THE MARCH OF FLAMES has become FEAR BEFORE and will release a self-titled album on October 28th. FEAR BEFORE was recorded with producer Casey Bates in Seattle, WA this past summer. Bates also produced the band’s 2006 release, The Always Open Mouth, as well as label-mates’ CHIODOS’ Bone Palace Ballet.

During their current headlining tour, attendees will be able to purchase a pre-order coupon at the shows. For fans not able to make it out to a show, several pre-order packages will soon be available at MerchNow.com
